SALES (CONTACTLESS TRANSACTION)

You can carry out your transaction very quickly with the contactless feature of your card in places that we have agreements with.

  1. In order to access the operations menu, click “ENTER”
  2. Come to the “SALES (TL)” option and click “ENTER”.
  3. Enter the amount to be paid and click “ENTER”.
  4. For contactless transactions hold your SETCARD to the screen.
  5. When the transaction is complete an information slip will be created. Check for the accuracy of the information.

PASSWORD TRANSACTIONS

In order to stop others from using your card in case of a lost or stolen card, please use a password.

  1. In order to access the operations menu, click “ENTER”
  2. Come to “PASSWORD TRANSACTIONS” and click “ENTER”
  3. Come to “CREATE PASSWORD” and click “ENTER”
  4. When you see the “SCAN CONTACTLESS CARD” warning, scan the SETCARD on the screen in a contactless manner.
  5. Enter the 4-digit password when the “ENTER PASSWORD” screen appears.
  6. Enter the password again on the “CONFIRM PASSWORD” screen.
  7. You will see a “TRANSACTION COMPLETE” warning. Your password has been activated.

Password control can be made via the “TURN OFF PASSWORD” option on the “Password Transactions” menu. With the “CHANGE PASSWORD” option, a brand new password can be determined. In case of forgetting your password, resetting the password can only be processed via an email sent by the company officials.

CANCELLATION OF SALES

It allows for sales to be cancelled if the Member Company takes the wrong amount from your card.

  1. Click “ENTER” to enter the operations menu.
  2. Come on top of “CANCEL” and press “ENTER”.
  3. Enter the confirmation code you see on the “CONFIRMATION CODE” screen on the sales slip.
  4. When you see the “SCAN CONTACTLESS CARD” warning, scan the SETCARD on the screen. When the transaction is complete, an information slip will be created. Check the accuracy of the information.

NOTE: In order for the cancellation to go through, the END OF DAY operation must not have taken place.

THE LAST TEN TRANSACTION DETAILS (KART RECEIPT)

  1. Choose “CARD STATEMENT” and click “ENTER”.
  2. When you see the “SCAN CONTACTLESS CARD ON THE SCREEN” warning, scan the SETCARD.
  3. The latest 10 transactions will be printed on a slip.

END OF DAY REPORT

  1. In order to access the Operations menu, click the “ENTER” button.
  2. Come on top of the “COMPANY” option and click “ENTER”.
  3. Come on top of the “END OF DAY” option and click “ENTER”.
  4. A report slip will be printed showing all the transactions regarding your daily sales.
